Also, I wanted to take a moment to remember and celebrate. Since the last episode, we lost the great Amy Winehouse. With only two albums to her body of work, she left too soon, but her seminal Back to Black will always be a favorite of mine. The remix of "Stronger Than Me" (from the her first album, Frank) by Da Sunlounge & Inland Knights is included in this episode. Also included is a funky track by Kinky Movement sampling "Blood On The Dance Floor" by Michael Jackson, whose 53rd birthday would have been August 29.

It's been hyped by everyone the past few months and for good reason. I end the set with a tribute to the late Teddy Pendergrass who passed away on January 13.
